North Hill Neighbors Club
The residents of North Hill are proud of all the neighborhood has to offer, including our Neighbors Club. Open to all residents of North Hill, the NHNC is committed to fostering friendship, family and community. Run by volunteers, NHNC is proud to offer the following services to neighbors:

North Hill does not have an HOA. Membership to the NHNC, $50 per household for the 2023--2024 season, helps ensure that North Hill continues to be a great place to live with a unique neighborhood experience. Current neighbors can submit payment by following the instructions here. Password not required.

The annual Boo N' Brew & Chili Potluck is a popular event and is filled with fun for all ages! Children come dressed in costume and all feast on the several pots of delicious chili.
The Sip & Swap is North Hill's first ladies-only event of the season. Guests enjoy hors d'ourves, good wine and a spirited gift exchange!
Children big and small enjoy an afternoon baking & eating holiday cookies! Sometimes even Santa makes an appearance...
An annual tradition, the North Hill Holiday Party is a wonderful event with delicious food and soul-warming beverages and friendship.
A much needed break from the winter doldrums, the mid-winter party is a chance to come out of hibernation and enjoy some food, drinks and good company.
At this adults-only event, neighbors will enjoy a fun-filled evening with Irish food and drink. Always a fun party!
The Mimosa Brunch is North Hill's second ladies only event. Guests enjoy delicious sweet and savory homemade dishes and have fun putting their own twist on a brunch classic with our mimosa bar. Complete with fresh fruit and herbs, the mimosa bar is a fun way to spend a weekend morning!
Sure to be a spirited evening at this adults-only party. Let the margaritas and Corona flow as guests enjoy Mexican food and each other's company.
Parents and children gather in one of our cul-de-sacs on the last day of another school year to celebrate the start of summer! Fun way to kick off the kids' favorite season!
